Speedy deletion of Kareeem Mukhaimar

Hello Nypoo,

I just wanted to let you know that I changed the speedy deletion rationale on Kareeem Mukhaimar from A7 (non-notable) to A11 (made up). Being the king of any nation is a credible claim of significance, therefore the subject of the article would be notable, but upon performing a Google search it turns out that the "New Palestinian Kingdom" in Syria does not actually exist, hence it is eligible for speedy deletion under criterion A11.
