We require both details otherwise the images will be deleted by an admin because they are not proven to be freely licenced. Please stop making uploads if you cannot at least add the basic information images need. You are just making more work for the volunteer editors who review new uploads. The reason for proposing deletion of your article is that it is not the sort of thing Wikipedia is for. It is more like a diary, a personal travelogue, or a blog, but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is true that anyone can edit, but that does not mean that anyone can put in whatever they like: there are quite strict content policies, including:

• WP:Verifiability, which includes: "The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth—whether readers can check that material in Wikipedia has already been published by a reliable source, not whether editors think it is true."
• WP:No original research: Wikipedia is not a place for first publication of anything, so your poem and your personal reminiscences have no place here.
• WP:Neutral point of view - phrases like "one of the most beautiful barangays" and "perfect setting" are fine for a tourist brochure but not for an encyclopedia.

I am sorry that anyone used the word "horrible", which was not a kind or appropriate thing to say, but what they meant was not that there was anything bad about your article in itself, but that by its nature it was completely unsuitable for Wikipedia.

On the talk page of the first version of the article, you wrote "Please do not edit this article." You cannot make that request: it is an important principle of Wikipedia that any article can be edited by anyone - see Wikipedia:Ownership of articles.

The WP:Introduction, the WP:Five pillars and the guide to writing WP:Your first article will tell you more about Wikipedia and how to contribute; but I wonder whether, for what you are trying to do, you might find a site like Myspace more suitable, where the page would be yours and you could add whatever you want.

The reason why I and other editors have called the article "horrible" is nothing personal. It's just that it is completely unsuitable for Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a tourist brochure. All articles must be in a neutral point of view and contain verifiable sources. Personal experience is definitely not a verifiable source, even if it is true. Also, because Wikipedia is a wiki, articles don't belong to anyone, nor do they have a singular "author". Therefore they cannot contain statements such as "in the author's opinion". I'm sure Binahian is a lovely place, but if you want to write about it like you did, you should write in a tourist brochure review instead of a wiki. Finally, there's no need to use the Template:Unblock if you want to reply to comments on your talk page. You haven't been blocked since March 2010. You can just write the text as normal.
