Oxford comma

edit

Hey there @NowInHD,

I saw you made an edit to the draft page for JackSucksAtLife by removing a comma, though, that edit was wrong. I understand you made the edit in good faith, but the comma should've been there. It's called an oxford comma, also known as a serial comma or Harvard comma. I see you are from the UK, but please remember to use this comma in articles using British English.

Thank you, 🔥Jalapeño🔥 09:19, 7 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, the Oxford comma is only supposed to be used in lists of three or more items [1][2][3]. The list i removed the comma from is a list of two items (JackSucksAtStuff and JackSucksAtGeography), therefore the Oxford comma should not be included. NowInHD (talk) 17:01, 7 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
My bad, didn't pay attention, since I've been tired the past few days.
I should take a break... 🔥Jalapeño🔥 05:07, 8 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
