I see that it went through the [[WP:AFD|Articles for Deletion] process with the result of delete. What I'll do is ask an admin to restore it and Userfy it onto User:Nosskyline/Aleksandr Dyagilev for you. I can't guarantee that they'll do it, but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't.
