December 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Sminthopsis84. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Kantajew Temple, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Plagiarism from http://nijhoom.com/history-kantajew-temple/ Please see Wikipedia:Copyright violations. Another problem with the edits that have been reverted is that they destroyed some good aspects of the previous version of the page. Sminthopsis84 (talk) 20:22, 15 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Thank you for the kitten edit

Okay, I got your message about editing Katajew Temple as an assignment. I'll stand back for a while, but be aware that there are other wikipedia editors also watching. The issue of copying material from other sites without permission is taken very very seriously in wikipedia, it is likely to lead to rapid removal of the entire wikipedia page (see for example what has recently happened to Kumudini_College; in case that upsets you, be assured that I am working hard to try to salvage the page). Since you seem to be experimenting and progressively altering what you write, the sandbox area referred to above could be very useful to you. Better still, if you click on this red link User:Noshin tasnia/sandbox, a personal sandbox area will be created (if I've done that correctly), and you can edit there without being bothered by other people, then copy the final version over to the real page when you are ready.
