Wikipedia is not your playground or a place where you can engage in UPE. You will continue to waste your time and not get paid by your client. Given that the page has been deleted countless times (G5 × 3, G11 × 1) and recreated under different names with the intention to avoid detection, the answer is probably “never”. We have a set of guideline to decide what articles to include and what pages to protect. It’s not based on my personal feelings or favors. If it kept getting deleted, it just means it does not fit our guideline. NM 08:03, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

Salting is used to prevent a deleted page from being recreated again and again. The page was actually already salted, which you have evaded by creating the page with a different name. NM 09:20, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

For notability in Jishnu article it has:

• reliable sources
• popular in 2000s
• acted in 15-20 films
