Articles for deletion nomination of Steeplechase blackpool

I have nominated Steeplechase blackpool, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Steeplechase blackpool. The Hawthorns

The Template:Infobox stadium documentation describes the tenant parameter as "insert the teams and any other parties who use the venue as their home stadium or arena." If you don't agree with this definition then it may be worth raising it at Template talk:Infobox stadium (looks as though it was raised before but nothing changed). West Bromwich Albion actually own the freehold, so to call them the tenant is also misleading, strictly speaking. Maybe the template parameters need changing, but to what, I'm not sure. I have raised the issue as you suggested. Hopefully it will spark more interest and possibly find a more accurate term other than tenant. And although Aston Villa may of used The Hawthorns as their home for 2 games, there are many many situations where other teams have temporarily used other stadiums as their home for 1 or 2 games. I don't think Aston Villa intended The Hawthorns to be regarded as their home for those 2 games, there will of been many factors as to why they did not use Villa Park and listing Aston Villa as tenants of The Hawthorns is misleading. Saying that, if tenants were to be change to home of as suggested; then it is also arguable that Aston Villa did use The Hawthorns as their home for those 2 games and should be included in that definition. This would open up a whole new issue of all other teams who have temporarily used other teams stadiums as their home, not ideal. This is starting to look more complicated than it probably should be!
