Regarding Article Approve

i am trying to create this article its getting rejected. once u had approved it again it got nominated to speedy delectation by someone person is notable has many individual sources but i am getting error as person is not notable kindly look into the article & help me https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Anusha_(actress) AjKa180
