Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?

Nope, everything seems to be related to Admiral Ackbar in accordance to the fantasy story and real life.

Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?

Nothing is added past 2010 and they covered every aspect to the character.

What else could be improved?

Maybe expanding the information about the creation of the character and who created the special effects on the costume.

Is the article neutral? Are there any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position?

this article seems to be written from a neutral position.

Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?

I think you could say that most of the viewpoints about the real-life creation of the character are under-presented.

some work, some don't. The sources that I could find to do support and are relevant.

Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference? Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that bias noted?

most reference points do have sources, but most are unreliable. Many sources are from Hollywood news sites.

What kinds of conversations, if any, are going on behind the scenes about how to represent this topic?

most conversations are of people stating that facts are incorrect.

How is the article rated? Is it a part of any WikiProjects?

It is part of the Star Wars wiki project and has a c-class rating.
