Welcome edit

Hello NoMagicSpells and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to Charlie's Angels (2019 film), do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributors' help page, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! KyleJoantalk 04:29, 18 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Consensus on Charlie's Angels 2019 talk page edit

There's a discussion on the Charlie's Angels 2019 film talk page regarding whether we should the flop/bomb label in the lead. Your two cents would be greatly appreciated. Armegon (talk) 09:23, 12 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

would you? edit

It's likely not something that would impact a lot of people, but there would definitely be more than a few, that your signature causes some difficulty. Could/Would you please reduce the splash size of the tinting around your signature (I think it's the part that is 20px). I have some visual issues and because your signature is somewhat unique on a large page your splash causes me to lose focus on trying to read other's input. It would be greatly appreciated it. I played around with your setting and 10px is much much less problematic but still I think gives your intended exposure. Thank you for your consideration. Sockpuppet investigation edit

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Armegon, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community. KyleJoantalk 10:11, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Gender related discretionary sanction alert re J. K. Rowling edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
