Perhaps I wasn't precise with my edits the first time.

New York Daily News isn't a credible source. It's a tabloid source. Informants are paid a small sum for supposed information that pertains to a celebrity, much like Star, Enquirer, or anything American Media puts out. (In regards to source which was deleted, indicating that Gary/ Donte had been abused)

Additionally, Phillip is, in fact, a murderer. He is and will always be. Refer to the wiki on OJ Simpson, which has him listed (in the heading) as a "convicted kidnapper, robber". It's only fair and just do so for Phillip. Referring to it as recentism is preposterous. A convicted for murder is major, while it may not be paramount to his achievements to the music industry (to many/some). It's not overblown, overinflated, etc. I see suggestions that others such as LeadBelly and Sid Vicious aren't listed as murderers, so why should Phillip? My response is, they too, should have that included in the heading paragraph ( charged/ convicted ).
