Hope you are not offended by the cuts I have made to the work you have done on the IC article. Although the expert format you set out would leave plenty of scope for the article to expand, to me as a passing reader it read as a guide to users rather than as a neutral account of the building itself. I've started a discussion on the talk page where anyone can argue over what is or is not relevant and of course you (or anyone) can change the article again. This message is just to pay tribute to your work formatting and expanding material, in the hope you will not be troubled by another editor making major edits.
