Sorry for the incorrect judgment. I don't think Howard's notability is in question. However, the tone of the article is not encyclopedic — it reads more like a personal reflection. Wikipedia articles are required to have a straightforward, encyclopedic tone that does not include commentary or reflect a non-neutral point of view. Moreover, if the information you included is copied word-for-word from Howard's bio, you may have violated copyright laws. Please edit the article to conform to Wikipedia style and policy.
