not paid by anyone or anything for this article. just presenting an open source project.

Decline reason:

The appeal didn't address the reason for the block. The block is for promotional edits. Additionally, you moved your first article from draft space to main space before it was ready, and completely skipped the WP:AFC review process. Finally, you absolutely need to declare your connection or association regarless of whether you are getting paid, and the promotional nature of your submission strongly indicates that you have an association with the subject of the article. This appeal doesn't provide any admin with confidence that unblocking this account will be a net benefit for the project.
