Welcome! :) I hope that you will settle in and make many useful edits to Wikipedia.

I had left that section in because various editors were editing it...but none were communicating about what they were trying to accomplish. I have pulled it out of the article, pending someone either improving it or explaining what it is trying to say. Or for that matter, someone may just restore it. I had flagged the section to encourage anyone who could understand the content to integrate it into the rest of the article, but no one has done so yet.

Please, when editing talk pages, sign your work with 4 of the "~" character. The autosignatures waste resources, look ugly, and are not a great way to get other editors to pay attention to one's notes. Since Wikipedia is consensus-based, that is important in cases where not everyone agrees... often.
