editThe article lacks any sources or references to support the information contained within it. You need to provide significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources (such as news coverage of the festival, critical reviews etc). As indicated the draft article reads like the festival's website not an encyclopedic article. There is no need to include information such as motto/goals, staffing, publicity, objectives, placards & invitation cards, film selection procedures etc as they have no relevance. You need to exclude all promotional terms, such as "is one of the greatest festivals" and "The festival is celebrated as the great pride and honor worldwide" - these are unsubstantiated claims.
