Hi. There are a few problems with the article, the first ones being a lack of reputable third-party references and the overall tone which is somewhat promotional. Next is what I assume by your message to be your personal involvement, making it a coflict of interest. It sounds like a very ambitious project, but without the verifiable references and with the promotional tone intact, it simply can't be included. However, if you can show some links to major press coverage on the project and keep the tone neutral per the above link, then yes, it's eligible.
