Request reason:
I'm a University student who has been falsely accused of being a "sockpuppet" for some other account who I've never heard of in my life, most likely because at this University we all use the same IP addresses depending on where we are in the school. Despite that, that doesn't make us the same individual, even more so since we have over 1000 students here- each with their own interests and career goals! Some of us will be doctors, others nurses, others lawyers, other journalists, amongst many other things! The point is, just because one random individual may have done something in the past does NOT mean anybody that has an account registered under any of our University's IP addresses are so-called "sockpuppets", and we do NOT appreciate being falsely labelled as such! That is why when I got an email from the dean of our University telling us that any and all of us who have been affected by this need to appeal the hell out of this in order to help us get back to the way things were before this misunderstanding happened, I knew what I had to do, as did my fellow students! That's why we're going to continue to appeal until somebody understands! With that being said, thanks to whoever ends up reading this and understands the situation so that we can get unblocked because of the false pretenses that were made up against us!
