Meller-Zakomelski JPG edit

Hi there, thanks for your edit on the Abram Gannibal article. Just an FYI that file is being used on a plethora of Gannibal- and Pushkin-related wikis in other languages. Therein lies the rub, because I don't know how to know how many are incorrect. For example, fr:Alexandre Pouchkine says it's Gannibal, but fr:Abraham Hanibal says it is General Meller-Zakomelski that is unfortunately, according to many sources, erroneously said to be Gannibal/Hanibal. I suppose I could fix the ones that are in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets and Japanese, but only by removing the offending photo and caption, not able to compose a caption to replace them with the bust. Any suggestions? Or what to do with the Korean or Chinese articles? JesseRafe (talk) 15:47, 24 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I did not notice your message until today. I suggest you remove the offending photo of Meller-Zakomelski and accompanying captions in as many wikis as possible. I am not able to compose captions in many languages, I'm afraid. Nile60 (talk) 22:58, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
