- Well, yes, there is a latent conflict over minority rights, isn't there? Either way, I'm fairly certain that the folks from Heidelberg know what they're doing. ;) They usually don't give external sources for their assessment, though. - I don't add conflicts into the list, the list itself is just reflecting the entries in the official Conflict Barometer -- but I've stated at the bottom, where I put expected changes in the next edition coming out in December 2008, that the conflict between Kosovo and Serbia is likely to have worsened in the list. —Nightstallion 23:37, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
