Your account has been blocked indefinitely because your username is a clear violation of Wikipedia's username policy – it is obviously offensive, profane, violent, threatening, sexually explicit, disruptive, attacks or impersonates another person, or suggests that you do not intend to contribute positively to Wikipedia. Please see our blocking and username policies for more information.

We invite everyone to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but users are not allowed to edit with accounts that have inappropriate usernames, and we do not tolerate 'bad faith' editing such as trolling or other disruptive behavior. If you believe that this block was incorrect or made in error, or would otherwise like to explain why you should be unblocked, you are welcome to appeal this block – read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the following text to the bottom of your user talk page: {{unblock-un|new username|your reason here ~~~~}} Orange Mike | Talk 14:36, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Checkuser verified abuser of multiple accounts. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 15:29, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

So I'm wondering why you thought that this username was appropriate, and if this is your first account(since its unusual for new users to be aware of the warning templates). 331dot (talk) 15:09, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

So why was my unblock request declined? I clearly made a request to change my username. NiggersInParis (talk) 20:41, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

The reason is given clearly above, and supersedes any other block reason. 331dot (talk) 20:47, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@331dot If you request an unblock with a change in username then surely I should be unblocked because that was the reason I was blocked for. NiggersInParis (talk) 20:52, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

That's not how this works and I think you know this. A checkuser has determined you have abused multiple accounts, which supersedes any other block reason. Regular admins cannot undo this. You can make an unblock request for a checkuser to review. My involvement with this is now at an end. 331dot (talk) 20:59, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
This hasn't been marked as a checkuser block. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 21:59, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Jpgordon Sorry, I guess I thought any use of the checkuser tool related to the block made it a checkuser block. 331dot (talk) 20:27, 29 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@JpgordonCan you tell me what I actually did? I clearly didn’t abuse multiple accounts. NiggersInParis (talk) 21:36, 28 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@331dot @Jpgordon So if I were to admit to you all the accounts that I have used, will you unblock all my accounts as a reward for being honest? NiggersInParis (talk) 15:08, 29 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

@331dot @Jpgordon I’m wondering whether you will unblock all my accounts if I admit to you all my accounts that I own as a reward for being honest? If you will unblock me, then I will tell you them. If not then I will not tell you any of the accounts. Which is it going to be? NiggersInParis (talk) 15:43, 29 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Your ability to edit this talk page has been revoked as an administrator has identified your talk page edits as inappropriate and/or disruptive.

If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
