Atmospheric aerosols and particulates on wikipedia edit

Hi, as you may have seen I have been trying to rationalise the particulate and aerosol articles on Wikipedia. I came to the conclusion that we needed a general article on aerosols as there are many aspects of aerosol science not unique to the atmospheric sciences, plus technological applications, generation methods etc to be covered. I have therefore tried to revamp Aerosol along these lines. I have also moved the particulates article to Atmospheric particulate matter so it is clear what it is about and made Particulate a disambiguation page. I would welcome your help on Aerosol and Atmospheric particulate matter as you seem to be knowledgeable about the topic.--NHSavage (talk) 17:09, 2 August 2012 (UTC) PS say hi to Hugh from me. Hi Nick, I think rearranging it like that is a good move. It was quite a daunting prospect for a novice wikipedian. It should make it a lot easier to add things though. I'll start tinkering when I have some spare time. PS. If you are who you are when I googlestalked you then I'll be working down the corridor from you with Doug Smith in a couple of months! I look forward to seeing you in virtual and real space!--NHSavage (talk) 06:57, 5 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your contributions so far. If you want to discuss where to go next, the talk page of the relevant articles is probably a good place as anywhere. That means if there is anyone else out there in cyberspace interested they can participate. I was going to press on with the terms in the general dynamic equation next. I think I am probably going to change the equation to its continuous form, and base the discussion on Seinfeld and Pandis not Hidy.--NHSavage (talk) 18:03, 10 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
