Restoration Hardware edit

Greetings! It seemed like a lot of your content had a feel of "inside information" to it. Remember that one of the foundations of Wikipedia is that all encyclopedic content must be verifiable. That is, there needs to be an independent source where the information can be verified. I.e. if a press release comes out in January that RH is discontinuing its gadget line, then that's a slam-dunk: the press release can be cited as the source for the information. If the information isn't from a published source, then that verifiability criteria fails—worse yet, if the posting is based on observations that have not been published, then it drifts into the realm of original research.

Remember also that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a sales brochure. The tone needs to stay to the formal and encyclopedic, and unverifiable claims ("highest quality") need to be avoided.

That said, on the balance, your additions to the article have been helpful and have improved it. (And I say this having spent the day cleaning up vandalism and rewording some additions that showed a complete lack of grammar skills.) Again, thank you for your additions, and welcome to Wikipedia! —C.Fred (talk) 04:06, 31 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
