Thanks for your recent contributions to wikipedia including your photo uploads. One thing though, I am goign to change the article to inlcude Image:Nepenthes rajah.jpg and delete Image:Nep rajah.jpg. Wikipedia automatically scales images to suit articles so there is not need to upload images in more than one resolution. DYK edit

Did you know? has been updated. A fact from the article Nepenthes rajah, which you recently created, has been featured in that section on the Main Page. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the "Did you know?" talk page.

Nepenthes edit

Hello NepGrower, I am a user of the German Wikipedia, focussing there on Carnivorous Plants. Currently I am working on the article about Nepenthes, a field which is not satisfying worked on up to now. I am rather impressed by your texts and photos either and will surely integrate them into into the German articles too. Concerning your photos, this means a lot of work to do, as you uploaded them to en-WP, where they are inaccessible for all other languages. I'd be glad, if you please could consider to upload them to the commons -at least in the future- and integrate them there into the up to now poorly equipped gallery http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nepenthes. There every Wikipedia is able to use your fantastic photos easily. I'd be glad for your support, best regards, Denisoliver 11:21, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

Oh, I saw -while transferring your en-files- that you already found out about commons. Best regards, Denisoliver 22:37, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

unblock requests edit

Since you are editting now I assume this is all ok, but for future reference we are not mind readers you need to provide full details of the block reason you get so we know which autoblocks to undo. --pgk(talk) 17:52, 14 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ok I've undone the 3 autoblocks I could find for Paul2001 and I'll keep an eye out for anymore popping up, so hopwfully you'll be ok now. --pgk(talk) 18:01, 14 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello edit

Hi I'm a French contibutor on fr.wikipedia, enjoying in Nepenthes and other insectivorous plants. I really appreciate your articles and photos, I'm just translating in French the article : Nepenthes rajah. May I advise you something. Could you in the future upload the pictures you'll create on Wikimedia Commons, it's easier for the spread of your articles and photos in foreign languages. I know it could be irksome but it's greater for everybody.. Thx Weft 17:40, 17 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Transplant shock edit

Are you sure this is worthy of its own article as a subject, and if so, that the extant version offers any more value than simply redirecting people to transplanting?

Oh, you've been gone for over a year... I think I'll just merge it myself. Richard001 (talk) 02:19, 22 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

The file File:Nepenthes mapuluensis distribution.gif has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Orphaned map.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ~ Rob13Talk 15:11, 3 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
