Virtual Console

edit

Neither side is doing anything wrong. This is technically a content dispute, but they shouldn't be removing the info since there has never been any consensus. I suppose we could ask for mediation. TJ Spyke 19:22, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Requests for mediation. Both sides have to agree to mediation though. TJ Spyke 19:32, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Now people are debating whether or not to go through formal mediation, so just hold on. --Cheesemeister3k 15:30, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Assume good faith

edit

Please assume good faith when dealing with other editors. See Wikipedia:Assume good faith for the guidelines on this.

As a note to go along with this: calling people assholes here: User_talk:TJ_Spyke#Virtual_Console_NA, isn't needed and it's very disrespectful. RobJ1981 23:24, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Late comment but LOL!! Sorry had to be done, plus, it's my talk page. Neo Samus 05:19, 18 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Actually, you might want to consider reading WP:TALK and WP:User page. Your user and talk pages belong to Wikipedia and everything you submit is licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License. Drumpler 21:36, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Wow....It's a joke. Could you please calm down? I understand rules very well thank you very much. Neo Samus 21:50, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
...Neo Samus, RobJ actually has a bad history when dealing with users as well. If you saw Wikipedia:Wikiquette _alerts#User:Angrymansr under User:Angrymansr, there is TONS OF EVIDENCE what RobJ1981 has been saying! Vernon (Versus22) (talk) 06:33, 15 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Be civil

edit

Your comment of Why can't you just admit when you are wrong? The pros out weigh the cons in this matter. is a bit rude. People are allowed to have opinions that differ from you. Basically forcing people to admit they are wrong (that's the way I see it at least) isn't helping the discussion. Because people disagree with you, doesn't give you the right to be uncivil towards them. This shouldn't be new to you either, as I warned you about good faith before (which goes along with being civil). Comment about the article and changes to it, don't go around forcing people to admit mistakes because you disagree with their views. RobJ1981 18:56, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I am being civil. It's a simple question, which requires a simple answer. You are no ray of sunshine either. Also, its not just directed towards you. I do apologize if you felt that way. I'll try better to state who I'm directing my comments towards. Neo Samus 20:52, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
It was a question that wasn't civil. Even if it wasn't directed at me: it was still rude. Claiming someone else is wrong (and trying to force them to admit it) isn't helpful to any discussion. As I said before: comment and discuss the article itself, don't comment on editors (that you don't agree with). RobJ1981 05:06, 21 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Revert

edit

To revert an article, go to the revision you want to go to, then click the link that says "Revision as of.." and then click edit, and then save. Good question with a simple (i think..) answer Lamename3000 08:17, 21 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

VC 11/19

edit

I have just posted the info on the talkpage as usual. TJ Spyke 02:09, 18 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure if Rob will ever admit he is wrong (he is very stubborn and doesn't back down unles there is an overwhelming consensus against him). TJ Spyke 00:37, 2 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
I will continue posting for those interestered, at the very least it will be in the edit log. You are right about Rob, he was pretty much the sole reason the article was fully protected for several weeks (and then re-protected again after less than a day). TJ Spyke 01:10, 2 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the link. (And I see you corrected your missing letter. :P --LN3000 (talk) 20:20, 10 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't know what I did, but I was banned until January 6th with the reason listed as "snark elsewhere". TJ Spyke 00:04, 9 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

edit

Since Rob seemed to complain, do you mind that I fixed the links in your post on the NA VC page? I didn't change the actual post, I just made sure the links were correct. TJ Spyke 23:38, 5 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Actually, I was talking about the talk page. Rob had reverted my edit by saying not to edit other peoples comments (even though I didn't change what you wrote, all I did was fix the links). TJ Spyke 00:49, 6 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

1080° Snowboarding VC

edit

Where'd you find the release date for 1080° Snowboarding on VC? I'd like to update the ref to a more comprehensive one, but couldn't find it.--CM (talk) 00:18, 12 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Its cool; thanks for the website, I added it.--CM (talk) 21:42, 12 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hey, where did you find it on Sega? Versus22 (talk) 15:07, 17 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thats strange that you can see Nintendo's press and not Sega's. Versus22 (talk) 15:23, 17 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
I am tired of seeing "Unknown" in the release date column. Did you see LN3000's comment on the discussion page? Versus22 (talk) 15:35, 17 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hey Neo Samus! The Header sound familiar right? :) I just like to thank you (and MrDrake for the idea as well. (VC games) Versus22 (talk) 20:53, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I like putting my list of Wii games on a different page. Also, about your username it reminds me of the Character Samus. Mine of course means your facing someone. Anyways, back to Wikipedia... Did you notice a minor change on your user page? (below the user boxes). I fixed it by adding br clear=all (< before br, > after all) below. (I know I wasn't really supposed to do that, I just wanted to help you). Have a good day! :) Versus22 (talk) 14:37, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes I have MKW... I'll look my code up.

I'll try the Brawl code again, (kept on saying "Awaiting Registration").
Actually, it would be better if we exchange Wii Numbers to avoid any further discussion here on Wikipedia (friend codes)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
