The main thing that would demonstrate notability, being listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, is not verified in any of the provided sources. Everything else is either a dead link, doesn't mention the property, or is basically promotion for the Green Garage. to explain a little more: Being in a historic district is not enough. The building has to be individually listed as well, or at least very prominently mentioned as the basis for the district.
