Hello There. My intention was not to behave against the Wikipedia policies or guidelines. I'm here to just contribute what I can. Since many years i have been contributed many pages and articles. I'm just gone through all the Wikipedia guidelines once again. From now on I never repeat this mistakes again. Kindly unblock Me and help me to contribute in a right way. Than you.

Hello Naveen Areti. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Naveen Areti. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Naveen Areti|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 12:49, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi Team. It is to inform you that, I didn't get paid from any organization. I just want to contribute my known articles. But I'm not working as a paid advocate for any organization or company. And I started creating article though Article For Creation itself. I have added contributed content for many articles previously. Now, I have learned clearly about the Article editings and following all community guidelines and policies of Wikipedia. So, here I'm Kindly requesting you to please unblock me from editing. So that I'll proceed further please Vinay (talk). 13:10, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
At UTRS appeal #83732 , You wrote, "Currently I'm working as Publicity incharge for The movie called Thandel." This sounds to me like you need to read and heed WP:PAID. Best. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:56, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes. But no one will be paying it for me in anyways. I'm just media personality in the industry. And look into the articles and digital related things and contribute what I can here. Please kindly look into it and accept my request to unblock from the editing. Vinay (talk). 17:06, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
That's not why you were blocked from editing. You were blocked for "disruptive editing: conflict of interest editing, removing maintenance templates; disruptive move of articles to go around partial block." After that, it looks like you edited Draft:Thandel as User talk:Rapo0103 to evade this block by creating a sock puppet. I cannot see you being unblocked to edit about Thandel. Please address these issues and describe what constructive edits you would make about some other subject. Please use a fresh unblock request template. (Prior unblock declines and the original block notices can be found as they were before you blanked them HERE.) Thanks -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 17:39, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
I completely understand what I've been blocked sir. I have already gave an explanation regarding this as well and I unknowingly removed templates but it's not intentionally. I carefully read the Wikipedia community guidelines and policies once again clearly.
Not just Thandel article. I'm going to contribute some other articles about some of the pages. I promise you, I'll make sure of my editings that never goes against the policies. I contribute the good information what I can here. And If any thing goes against the Wikipedia guidelines you can block me again permanently. Can't say more than this. So, please kindly help me to unblock. It's an humble request. Thank you. Vinay (talk). 18:01, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
You have not addressed your use of multiple accounts. Please place a new unblock request at the bottom of the talk page. Add the following text to the bottom of your talk page, filling in "your reason here":
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
Thanks, -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 18:35, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

We have determined you have indeed violated WP:SOCK. Simply reiterating your claim that you haven't, that's not going to work. It's very clear you have. --Yamla (talk) 10:46, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

You are not permitted to remove (or modify) declined unblock requests for your currently active block. Do not do so again. --Yamla (talk) 10:51, 31 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
