Speedy deletion of Tom edwards (geographer)

A tag has been placed on Tom edwards (geographer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. advice

The replacement article Tom Edwards, does seem to me to show notability,so I removed a proposed deletion tag on it/. However, it had 3 problems

1. . It appeared to be copied from some other web site
2. . It was written in terms of praise and self-advertisment.
3. . It has no references.

I have rewritten it to deal with #1` and #2,but it now must have at least one good 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases), or it may well be deleted. I'd advise you to add this very quickly, before it gets nominated for regular deletion.DGG (talk) 02:48, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
