Regarding your question

I saw the question you asked me on my talk just now. I think by "knowledge box" you mean infobox, and the way to do that is to look up the infobox you want (I think for your article it is Template:infobox academic division), then copy and paste the source code under the "Usage" header in the gray box into the article about the college.
