If the photographer has transferred the copyright of the image to you then you may licence the image under any free licence i.e. {{GFDL}} {{PD-self}} etc. If you are unsure if the photographer has done this it may be better to seek clarification from them indicating that you intend to upload to wikipedia under a "free" licence. Image copyright problem with File:NassosVakaliswiki.jpg
