Image tagging for Image:TimeLordGameScreenShot.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:TimeLordGameScreenShot.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Final Disney infobox design edit

I'm sure you know by now that I have modified the original infobox heavily, but now Template:Disney attraction infobox is the newer final design. Do you have any oppositions before I convert the original to the newer version? --blm07 21:01, 28 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wakulla Volcano edit

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Wakulla Volcano, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Wakulla Volcano. You may remove the deletion notice, and the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Chris Rix edit

Thank you for your work fighting vandals on the Chris Rix page. I have put a notice on the Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents concerning the constant vandalism and requested intervention and a check user on some of the accounts involved. Hopefully we can get this problem solved. Quadzilla99 02:29, 21 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

It seems someone(s) wants to gloss over the facts of Chris' poor game play at FSU. Odd the IP that first did it was coming from Rix's hometown...

Vandalism to Charlie Crist edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Pedro |  Talk  20:58, 7 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

I didn't vandalize anything... check through the history of the page before you just start passing out vandalism notices. I'll leave this incorrect vandalism notice up till Pedro let's me know what he thinks i did. --Napnet 05:22, 8 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Deepest apologies. Looking at this diff it looked like you entered the vandalism. I see now it was historical, and had been missed previously until it's reversion by User:Therequiembellishere. It was unfortunate that you had made the prior edit and got caught up. Again my apologies for the error. Grovels away !Pedro |  Talk  08:12, 8 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your quick reply! Apology accepted.. i see what you mean of how it looked like i added the comment but it had been there for about 5 or 6 edits prior. --Napnet 13:43, 8 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:GuthriesStore.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:GuthriesStore.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:39, 2 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Jeff Cameron edit

A tag has been placed on Jeff Cameron requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Knock-Off Nigel (talk) 21:42, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Jeff Cameron edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Jeff Cameron, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Jeff Cameron. Orphaned non-free media (Image:GuthriesStore.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:GuthriesStore.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:07, 23 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for File:LakeJacksonSinkHole.gif edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:LakeJacksonSinkHole.gif. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. WikiProject Amusement Parks Article Clean-Up edit

Recently, an issue has been brought up regarding the notability of many articles within WikiProject Amusement Parks. As a result, a page has been created regarding this issue as well as a possible solution (which will be on-going). In a nut-shell, certain articles will be picked to be reviewed in each stage and the WikiProject members (you) will decide if the article should be deleted or kept based on Wikipedia's notability guidelines.

I hoping this will work and if it doesn't, oh well...I tried.

Speedy deletion nomination of 32303 edit

A tag has been placed on 32303 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
  • disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
