The First one I think it would be readable because it was the Phillipines Government Data I think the person who did it was Wikipedia Administrator from Thailand Because I was trying to write the name of Industrial community college that her father established but the Administration said it was advertised. It is alright to write down the name of the school that the person established as a minister of education Because his policy in 1996 [[No Child Left Behind I am a big fan of him. n a paper presented at the Second UNESCO-ACEID International Conference in 1996 entitled New aspirations for education in Thailand. Towards educational excellence by the year 2007, Rangsitpol laid out his plans for education in Thailand. According to John Cogan (Professor of Education, University of Minnesota, USA) and R. Derricot in Citizenship for the 21st Century: An International Perspective on Education, he saw education as "the instrument for human development, creating peace for mankind and national security".

The main points of his paper are:

• "One national policy must stipulate that the State shall render education to its citizens from the cradle to the grave, with the concept of providing every youth with a good quality 12 year- continuing education, from pre-kinger-garten, through kindergarten, primary, lower secondary, upper secondary, vocational or equivalent to higher educational level. Within this framework, compulsory education should therefore, be regarded as fundamental for everyone, in enabling them to earn their living and attain a desirable quality of life in society. For such reasons, the State has a policy to expand compulsory education from 6 years to 9 years and eventually 12 years."
