Retired

I have now retired from the English wikipedia in response to abuse that seems to be related to perceptions about my gender. I've made some good friends here, and have learned some interesting things, but it is now time to move on to less hopeless causes. Nadiatalent (talk) 19:03, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

Hi, Nadia. I'm so sorry to see that you've gone and I just now caught up with the offensive comment by JonRichfield. The mind boggles! Anyway, I just wanted to send an appreciation your way for all your on-wiki work while you were here. I also wanted to note that the indehiscent/dehiscent fruit categories were kept as "no consensus," (link which may be encouraging to our friend who nominated them twice now since it wasn't a solid "keep." I populated them a bit, but they're heavy on what I know. I'll keep chipping away at them when I have the time. Thought you'd like to know! Hope you're well. Thank you for all the great work that you have done around here, your carefully considered contributions have been a constant feature on my watchlist for some time. I hope you return, but wish you all the best whatever you decide.--Melburnian (talk) 06:18, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
Very sad. You were very kind to me.512bits (talk) 23:05, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
Add me as another person who will miss your hard work and valuable contributions to Wikipedia. Thanks for all you've done! Tdslk (talk) 17:08, 7 June 2012 (UTC)
