Now, please read below:

  Hello, I'm 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 14:42, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, I'm 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 14:42, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

  One of your recent additions has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 14:42, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

  Hello, NSGC539. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 14:42, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

National Society of Genetic Counselors edit

I've also removed some of the promotional and copyright violation content you added to this article--I may request administrative assistance to determine whether everything you added there was copied. Please don't add promotional or copied text again to Wikipedia articles. Continuing to do so can result in this account being blocked. Thank you, 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 14:56, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

July 2018 edit

The next time you removed properly sourced content, add promotional, unsourced or copyright violation content, I'll ask that this account be blocked. Thank you, 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 15:03, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

  This is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:21, 16 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Apologies from a new user. I was trying to update the information on a topic that is important to me, but can see the concerns that were brought up in regards to citations, edit summaries, COI, etc. I need to take some time to review the policies and processes. In the meantime, I would be happy to revert the articles to the status prior to my edits. I would just need some direction on how to do that. Thank you for your guidance. And once again, my apologies for not reviewing more details before diving into to editing.
