Speedy Delete
Looks like someone reverted your speedy delete nom. Not sure why. I don't like reverting over non-issues so I left it as is, but I left a mesasage at Drmies talkpage to see if he is willing to deal with it. Seems odd that it never got taken down after this long.--Amadscientist (talk) 19:25, 13 October 2012 (UTC)

Rooibos Raises Risks of Degenerative Diseases?
I received a message my edit to the 'Rooibos' page was inaccurate. Previously, the page read that a 2011 study concluded rooibos improves risks of cardiovascular disease. With due respect, I am wondering if this means I have misread the document cited. The study's conclusion states rooibos may lower risks of cardiovascular disease because it was found to increase HDL-cholesterol levels (i.e., good cholesterol) and encourage a positive redox status. Further searches yielded other studies confirming rooibos has been found to inhibit some of the enzymes responsible for cardiovascular disease - as well as decrease inflammation and improve endothelial functions, crucial in the development of degenerative diseases.
Due to these findings, I do not believe I have interpreted the information badly; why would you prefer the paragraph reads rooibos "improved risk factors"? As the paragraph reads, "[S]ignificant reductions in lipid peroxidation, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and an increase in HDL cholesterol levels" is not indicative, to me, of increased risks of cardiovascular disease but the contrary. Therefore, the edit you suggest does not seem to accurately reflect the information from the citation, or the medical science found from a casual internet search. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.190.50.165 (talk) 21:00, 18 October 2012 (UTC)

Vandalism warning
Sorry about that. From Huggle it genuinely looked like the user was adding unsourced material. I will be more careful in future. --Skamecrazy123 (talk) 22:24, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
Thank you! Further questions forthcoming
Hi Michael,
I wanted to thank you for your comments about my edit of Walk Two Moons. I hope this is the appropriate place to do so. I have many questions, and while I hope to have time in the near future to read all the materials you linked me to, I was hoping you could answer the following question. I just made an edit this morning, deleting a sentence that had been added to the first paragraph of the plot summary that I had written. The sentence wasn't terrible on its own, but certainly didn't belong in the first paragraph, and in fact repeated material that had been written further down in the plot summary. I would have explained this in the Edit summary, but I must have hit enter too soon.
So, my question is: Can I edit my Edit summary for a particular modification that I made to a page?
Thanks for your help, Emmawoodhouse91
Mr Foster Mountaineering & Touring Club
I must admit, I am totally perplexed that my final posting of Mr Fosters information was not expectable the final reason given an issue of notability. A schoolteacher that took thousands of his underprivileged pupils mountaineering over a quarter of a century, when I compare it against some of the other individuals on wikipedia it just amazes me. The man died in 1988 and the information if it had been published would have been of interest to thousands of people. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.8.230.115 (talk) 11:06, 20 November 2012 (UTC)
