Speedy deletion nomination of Memphis Villarreal
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Memphis Villarreal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Memphis Villarreal. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Disambiguation link notification for April 12
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2024 Andy's Frozen Custard 300, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Starr. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

April 2024
editThank you for your recent contributions, such as Draft:IROC XXXI. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft of your article in draftspace or in your userspace first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Please do not restore the article to the mainspace until it has enough independent, reliable sources to indicate notability. ~ Pbritti (talk) 16:11, 19 April 2024 (UTC)
Second and third-tier NASCAR events in infobox
editHi! I'm Nascar9919. Thank you for your efforts in improving NASCAR-related pages! However, please refrain on adding more events, such as second and third-tier NASCAR races, to the infobox section; particularly if that track has Cup Series races. Doing this bloats the major events section more than it should. I will say, however, that if it is a track that has a second or third-tier event that serves as its flagship event, I can see for its inclusion in the infobox. But, if it has a first-tier event as its flagship; there's no reason to put it in the infobox. Cheers, and carpe diem! Nascar9919 (he/him • t • c) 00:10, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
- In the Charlotte Motor Speedway would having the old owners also bloat the section? MysticCipher87 (talk) 16:20, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
Page moves
editHi. Please refrain from BOLD moves of articles which have had recent move discussions, which you did at NASCAR Xfinity Series at Charlotte (spring race). Instead, start another move discussion via Requested moves. Additionally, I would suggest doing a RM for any NASCAR race article with generic titles like that, as such moves are likely to be opposed. ― "Ghost of Dan Gurney" (talk) 17:13, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
Addition of lower-tier NASCAR events
edit@MysticCipher87: Hello! Again, thanks for your edits. However, I think a minor addition mentioning that they have raced the series at the track is fine enough; not a lot of emphasis should be placed on these events. They're lower-tier events. Truthfully, I think this has been an issue for the longest time that hasn't been addressed in WP:MOTORSPORTS. I do understand if you have a different view than me, however. I think starting up a new discussion about the addition of said events in the section and how much emphasis should be placed onto those events is for the best. Cheers, and carpe diem! Nascar9919 (he/him • t • c) 14:35, 2 May 2024 (UTC)
- Started a discussion on Wikipedia talk:MOTORSPORTS. Feel free to discuss your views there; I'd like to at least discuss the issue there. Cheers, and carpe diem! Nascar9919 (he/him • t • c) 14:49, 2 May 2024 (UTC)
- I think the Xfinity Series and Truck Series races should be listed in the events, as they are not really lower tier. They are different series and vehicles. I consider lower tier as ARCA, Whelen, etc. MysticCipher87 (talk) 15:05, 2 May 2024 (UTC)
- @MysticCipher87: I thought that we discussed that the lower-tier events should only be added if the circuit has had a long history of lower-tier racing and only a couple of years of top-tier racing? Bristol isn't like that. Cheers, mate! Nascar9919 (he/him • t • c) 08:35, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

List of NASCAR Hall of Fame Inductees: Class of 2024
editHey, this is dman6233. I just wanted to let you know your edits to the page are not consistent with the other class's sections. Copying and pasting from his achievements list on his Wikipedia page instead of getting the more detailed stats is lazy. I don't include Most popular driver awards if they only one it once or twice. We also sort the name for each class by putting the surnames in alphabetical order. I've been keeping a eye on this page for over 8 years now and made dozens of edits to it. NASCAR Races at Mexico City
editHello Mystic! I made a race article about NASCAR Cup in Mexico City, as I see you did the exact same thing as me (sorta) but I was wondering when the official name comes out should we just keep it like that or add the race with easy redirect so we don't need to add any hyphens or anything. Thanks! 45BearsFan (talk) 16:01, 27 August 2024 (UTC)
Noah Gragsons FRM number
edit@MysticCipher87 Hello! Regarding Noah Gragson's FRM number, as I stated in the edit summary, we should wait for a source regarding his number, as we shouldn't violate WP:CBALL's rules regarding unconfirmed changes, as they (unconfirmed changes) happened alot and turned out to be false, cheers! :) 45BearsFan (talk) 18:59, 11 October 2024 (UTC)
