Thanks a lot edit

Dear Dr Agosti, Many thanks for suggesting the update which I have made. The article is only semi-protected which means that if you spend a few days of editing, the article will become editable for you. Many thanks for the decision to release the many ant images. It would be wonderful if all the myrmecologists can now use Wikipedia to synthesize and summarize information published in various places (and centralized by your projects). A useful place where things can be discussed with other entomology oriented editors is WT:ARTH. Let me know if I can assist in any way. Shyamal (talk) 14:14, 28 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Donat Agosti edit

A tag has been placed on Donat Agosti requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Cheers! Requested move on your article Taxonomic treatment" April 26, 2021 edit

Hello! There is going to be a discussion on Wikipedia:Requested moves/Current discussions#April 26, 2021 that involves your article. It has been requested by me that your article is to be renamed and moved to Taxonomic treatment for the following reason:

It is unreasonable to have the name of the article to have a quotation mark at the end of the title. Plus, there's already another page titled it (without the quotation) that is redirected to Taxonomy (biology)#Taxonomic descriptions

If you'd like to object to this request, please wait until a bot adds this request to the Wikipedia:Requested moves/Current discussions, then you may add your opinion on this matter. Please base arguments on article title policy, and keep discussion succinct and civil. Thank you! I will notify you when the bot adds this case to the page! Until then, please feel free to edit your page further. Jack Reynolds (talk to me | email me) 13:36, 26 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

UPDATE: Your page has now been moved to Taxonomic treatment. Your page also has been tagged for speedy deletion. Jack Reynolds (talk to me | email me) 14:21, 26 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
