The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Indeed, sorry I have previously missed it, I just realized you sent me the notification in January. Not at all, I have no financial stake in promoting any topic on Wikipedia, nor this topic, nor being indirectly compensated for my edits. I am interested in everything related to digital economy, and I teach Digital Economy at the University, that is why I tried to add this initiative because I thought it is worth mentioning especially that a lot has been done so far and many countries contributed already and there are references as well. Isn't this the whole aim of Wikipedia, collaborative knowledge sharing or has adding and editing on Wikipedia became limited to paid users? Kindly advise what else can I do?
