Hello my dear @Magnolia677 I went ahead and updated the deletion, adding more notable articles for this individual. Below are some notable articles from the Arizona Daily Star, a reputable journal in Tucson, Arizona. They cite Albert Alan as the recipient of Tucson, Arizona's "40 Under 40 Most Influential" in the city and state. Additionally, the nonprofit Neurosurgery Research Education Foundation has declared Dr. Albert Alan a success story. Furthermore, the University of Arizona has published a piece on how Albert founded the Global Neurosurgical Alliance, which educates physicians and medical students worldwide on conducting scientific research. I have not cited other articles, but he has more, especially from the National Institutes of Health, as he is published in the NIH, a scientific peer-review system. Hopefully, these edits will remain, and please let us know. In your statement, you depicted that there were no articles and the individual was not notable. However, the references provided argue for his notability.
  • Albert Alan - Tucson, Arizona's 40 Under 40, businessman, aspiring neurosurgeon, and founder of the Global Neurosurgical Alliance [1][2][3]

I reverted your edit--twice--because the person you keep adding is not notable (ie. has no Wikipedia article). And your effort to created an article for Albert Alan was not successful. Please note WP:UNIGUIDE#Other sections and material states than inclusion is for those "meeting Wikipedia's notability standards" (ie. a Wikipedia article). I hope this addresses your concern. I never created the article for Albert Alan; that statement is false. Please check the IP address. Let's set aside assumptions and focus on a discussion style driven by data and first principles, adhering to Wikipedia's guidelines for maintaining a friendly tone. @admin
Are you suggesting that for someone to be considered notable, they must have a Wikipedia article? Being nominated as a success story by a reputable foundation for neurosurgeons or being one of the few who transitioned from homelessness to medical school doesn't qualify? He is notable at the University of Arizona and has also received a congressional award. Mushmush101 (talk) 14:10, 21 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hi Mushmush101, I think Magnolia677 is correct in pointing you towards WP:UNIGUIDE#Other sections and material as an indication of why Albert Alan isn't yet notable enough for that wikipedia list. In contrast Hayzel Burton Daniels, just to take another person on the list, is notable enough since they have achieved more and have been written about in reliable sources. I don't doub tAlbert Alan could well be wikinotable in future, but I asked you at my talkpage to provide your three best sources and for me they don't do enough to establish notability. Perhaps the best way forward is to make a draft page in your userspace for Albert Alan. If perhaps you could find reviews for his book Marcus Aurelius Meditations: Adapted for the Contemporary Physician that woud be helpful. Lastly, I can't see the deleted page or who made it becuase I'm not an admin. Cheers, Mujinga (talk) 14:34, 21 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
@munjinga this individual also has another book that was recently published, which is currently ranked #83 on Amazon's Best Sellers in Investment Analysis & Strategy. Perhaps I will wait, as there might be a page already created for this individual which I can edit. If I don't find any pages in the next couple of weeks, I will create a draft and hopefully, you can help me with it. Mushmush101 (talk) 14:40, 21 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes I'd be happy to give feedback on a draft, Help:Your_first_article#Create_your_draft gives advice on that Mujinga (talk) 15:50, 21 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
