Request clarification why my image with descriptions were deleted by Nthep, and guidance how I can post them properly edit

I am learning to tone up my submitted article for publication at Wiki. Like any other person in this phase, I am finding the "rejection" my submissions very frustrating. Considering this as a part of 'learning', I am not giving up my efforts. But still, I would appreciate every reviewer like Nthep to guide me how to correct or make good my submission, instead of just deleting my hard-worked submissions. I shall be thankful for every such help towards final acceptance of my submitted article by Team Wikipedia. Murugesan Ramalingam

Your draft edit

On your user page, you note "this is not an autobiography". By this, I presume you mean your draft. In saying that "this is not an autobiography" are you claiming that you are not the R. Murugesan who is the subject of the draft? That seems to be a specious claim based on the similarity between your name and that of your draft's subject, as well as the similarity in your fields of interest (Learning and Development strategies). Coincidence? Perhaps. In any case, the draft you've written is completely wrong in its tone: phrases such as "never gave up his hope and confidence" and "rendered exemplary service" are completely subjective and have no place in Wikipedia. It can be hard to write for Wikipedia; all of the style tips you may have learned to make writing "interesting" probably don't apply here. Rather, Wikipedia prefers a dry, informational tone, encouraging neutrality above all else. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:53, 7 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
