well, I agree with it now, I am new user here, and some of wiki's rulls were not clear there for.., any way I do my best to respect those rulls in the future, also useing only one account, preffering russian.science. By the way there is an administrator: Beetstra, that I am not sure he was dispassionate in our discussion in Andre Geim's discussion page! Check please his Talk page, too. Meanwhile he is a Dutch as he mentioned, this subject might be the reason that he was not dispassionate there!
