A tag has been placed on Muhammad Waseem Tarar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to edit Wikipedia disruptively, you may be blocked from editing. You may at first have come here in good faith, sincerely believing that using Wikipedia to post a self-promotional article was acceptable, since many people genuinely think that "anyone can edit Wikipedia" means "anyone can use Wikipedia to write anything they like". However, by the sixth time your article was deleted, you must have got the message that it was not acceptable (especially since you had also received a message on the talk page of your other account about using Wikipedia to publish an autobiographical article), and yet you then tried to evade protection put in place to stop you by creating the article again, with a trivial change in the title. However, that is not all: you attempted to hijack an article on a completely different subject (Muhammad Waseem), and turn it into a spam article about yourself. What is more, when you did so, you even gave an edit summary which misrepresented what you were doing, attempting to pass your edit off as merely "updating" an article already about you. By this time, it is abundantly clear that, whatever your intention when you first started editing, you are now not editing in good faith. The only reason that I am not blocking you immediately is that you have not yet been warned that your disruptive editing might lead to being blocked from editing, but when you have seen this message, that will no longer be so. Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of any kind, including self-promotion, quite apart from the fact that you have failed to give any evidence that you are notable enough to be the subject of an encyclopaedia article.   I have also just seen your edits to Ghakhar Mandi. To your credit, you did revert your unconstructive edit, but it was unambiguous vandalism, and adds to the other problems that I have mentioned above. JamesBWatson (talk) 10:39, 19 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for continuing the same kind of editing that was described above, yet again re-creating your self-promotional article, yet again with a slightly different title from the one that has been protected. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  JamesBWatson (talk) 15:54, 19 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
