Ok, well;

1. Yes, anyone can edit Wikipedia (unless we prevent them from doing so, but that's only if the misuse it)
2. Wikipedia works purely on volunteer collaboration, following a series of loose guidelines to create an encyclopedia that can be enjoyed by anyone for no cost.
