Really curious as to why you would think an IP editor with a talk page as long as my arm, with numerous deep intelligent conversations on it all clearly belonging to the same person, would need a welcome template. Also why you would think that redirecting Draft:Sandbox to your own userpage would seem to be a useful test of any of Wikipedia's editing features. And why your signature (CanineCrew | Have a Great Day!!) gives other editors no clue as to your "real" username. This is all looking very suspicious. I second General Ization's remarks, the template was completely unnecessary. IP or no IP, please take a glance at WP:DTTR. Also, while we're at it, could you change your signature so it reflects your username? This is per a behavioural guideline: A customised signature should make it easy to identify the username, to visit the user's talk-page, and preferably user page. In your case, for example, a ctrl+F search of your name on a lengthy talk page will bring up...zero results. Not good! If you could attend to this, that would be kind. If, in fact, you prefer your signature to your username, feel free to look in at WP:CHUN: the people there will (probably) be happy to help you rename your account. Of this account and account Caninecrew, which one do you intend to use for editing? It is clear from your comments on this page (and above under #HELP: Merging Accounts) that both are being operated by the same person. Also, Caninecrew was used misleadingly to endorse the Wikiproject that you appear to have single-handedly created using this account. Please see Sockpuppetry. I cannot use two accounts for editing on Wikipedia? If not, I intend to use mrwoogi010 over caninecrew for editing. Thanks for your help. I truly apologize for any inconveniences and intend to read up on things before I do them in the future. Multiple accounts can be used constructively and with extreme caution not to intentionally or unintentionally engage in the behaviors described at Sockpuppetry. Given that you have (I will assume unintentionally) already aroused concern and suspicion as a result of some of your recent edits, I would strongly recommend that you not attempt to do so. Your two accounts

I see that on the page User:Caninecrew you have said that you would like your two accounts "to be merged with the Username of CanineCrew and the account data of mrwoogi010". You can have the account Caninecrew renamed to something else (such as "Caninecrew old account" perhaps) and the account Mrwoogi010 renamed to CanineCrew, if you like. To do that, use the Mrwoogi010 account to post at Special:GlobalRenameRequest asking for a user name change. Put Caninecrew in the box labelled "Requested username", and in the box labelled "Reason for request" explain that the two accounts are yours, and also suggest a name for the existing Caninecrew account to be renamed to. I am a little puzzled by the edits you made using the "Caninecrew" account at Wikipedia:WikiProject Mount Juliet, Tennessee and on this page. They did look as though you were pretending to be two different people, but since you have clearly said that both accounts are yours you can scarcely have been intending to deceive anyone. However, since there is a risk of misleading people, perhaps it would be best to follow General Ization's suggestion of blocking the "Caninecrew" account, to prevent you from accidentally making any more potentially misleading edits from that account.
