Removing AfD template

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Sultan ul arifeen. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it.—cyberbot I NotifyOnline 18:24, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Wtmitchell. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Sultan Bahoo: The Life and Teachings— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 21:05, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

  1. - When you replying on AFD's comments go below,
  2. - When commenting you put *''Keep''' or *''Delete''' followed by a reason - Headers shouldn't be added either,

Thank you. –Davey2010 Merry Xmas / Happy New Year 21:47, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Removing AfD template

edit

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Mujtaba Akhir Zamani. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it.—cyberbot I NotifyOnline 23:09, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:28, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sarwari Qadiri

edit

Hi, may I know why you reverted all my tedious work of removing WP:OVERLINKING from Sarwari Qadiri and restored a much worse version? kashmiri TALK 17:57, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

January 2015

edit

Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Sarwari Qadiri. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. You undid all my tedious work that consisted nearly exclusively of removing WP:OVERLINKING. kashmiri TALK 17:59, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Sarwari Qadiri. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount and can lead to a block, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. kashmiri TALK 11:27, 3 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sultan-ul-Arifeen, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Spiritual. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:29, 3 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sultan-ul-Arifeen

edit

Please note that Sultan-ul-Arifeen is about a title, which was used by many people, and not about any particular person. Your continuous forcing Sultan Bahu into the article, adding person infobox, etc., constitutes disruptive editing. Consider yourself warned. kashmiri TALK 11:36, 3 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Shams ul Fuqara

edit

Hello Mrashid364. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Shams ul Fuqara".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Shams ul Fuqara}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 20:52, 7 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
