This is your Talk page where you can receive messages from other Wikipedians and discuss things with them. At the end of your messages you should always enter your signature by signing with four ~~~~ or by pressing the button in the editor shown here in the picture. By the way, it is not necessary to sign edits that you make in the articles themselves as those messages will be deleted. My name is DBigXray. If you have any questions or face any initial hurdles, post {{helpme|your question}} on your talk page (this page), someone will quickly come up and attend to your query. And also, feel free to contact me on my talk page and I will do what I can to assist. Good Luck Editing!

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Hunter Valley Railway Trust. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. • Gene93k (talk) 20:15, 20 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Benji Marshall, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. MobileSnail 05:34, 29 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

The recent edit you made to Benji Marshall has been reverted, as it removed all content from the page without explanation. Please do not do this, as it is considered vandalism; use the sandbox for testing. If you think the page should be deleted, see here for what to do. Thank you. Citations and references

edit

Hello Mr pipers. Thanks for your new article South Maitland Railways 10 Class No 10. I notice the article contains no in-line citations or references. On Wikipedia, everything that is likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable published source to allow independent verification. See WP:Verifiability. There is some good introductory information about supplying citations and references at WP:REFBEGIN. Please return to the article and add appropriate references and in-line citations to show the sources from which you obtained the information. Happy editing! Speedy deletion nomination of File:SMR 25 stored at the RVR.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:SMR 25 stored at the RVR.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Stefan2 (talk) 22:19, 12 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:3016 in its current livery.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:3016 in its current livery.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:32, 28 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

MfD nomination of User:Mr pipers

edit

User:Mr pipers, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Mr pipers and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Mr pipers during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Ricky81682 (talk) 02:42, 10 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, User:Mr pipers/new article name here

edit

Hello, Mr pipers. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "new article name here".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. — pythoncoder  (talk | contribs) 22:46, 13 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
