The reference, the most readable one can find today (but you are welcome to adduce one of your own choice), instead, illustrates in brutal terms how classical trajectories, and, by weaker implication, the QCs of this article, fail in common, tractable, concrete systems--essentially the diffusiveness and peculiar topology of phase space flows in QM.

While it does not directly contradict the message of the article, it certainly controverts its pretense, and it would be misleading to let the reader walk away with the mis-impression that "the problem has been solved and is on a stable track". In any case, the information science article you moved that reference to has no use for it, I am sure! It is the physics article on Wigner quasiprobability distribution that might, instead.
