Disambiguation pages edit

Hi there,

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for your contribution to the Decathlon (disambiguation) page. I've made a couple of tweaks, as disambiguation pages are navigation aids and follow slightly different rules to normal pages:-

  • Generally only one navigable link (blue link) belongs in each bulleted entry. (e.g. the NES article doesn't say anything about the "Decathlon" game, which is the subject of the line, so it isn't needed).
  • Entries are sentence fragments; do not end them with periods or other punctuation.

Hope this makes it a bit clearer. If you want to learn more about disambiguation pages, you can see the full article at Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Disambiguation_pages.

All the best, Ubcule (talk) 23:48, 1 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
