Cat killer sources

Thanks for making sure that this article is up to date, but Wikipedia's reference tags are always meant to support the specific sentences that they're attached to, so that a reader who wants to confirm the truth of a fact or read more about that aspect of the article can click through. In this case, the kentonline.co.uk source specifically mentions Maidstone and Sevenoaks and SNARL's adoption of a new nickname for the killer; the getsurrey.co.uk source you replaced it with does not.

I've moved it to the article lead section and quoted the date to clarify that the attacks didn't end in April 2016 and are still ongoing, which seems the main point worth making here. If a new news article includes a fact worth adding to the article, it should be added as a new sentence with that news piece as its source. --McGeddon (talk) 09:51, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
