March 2014 edit

Hello, I'm Kkj11210. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Stopps v. Just Ladies Fitness without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks!   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Stopps v. Just Ladies Fitness. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you.   Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Stopps v. Just Ladies Fitness. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Elassint Hi 00:24, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Stopps v. Just Ladies Fitness. Eyesnore (pc) 00:40, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits to User talk:Eyesnore could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 02:17, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please go through the proper channels edit

Please don't edit war the article. I know it involves you, and that you consider it a privacy violation, probably. But please, don't risk getting blocked indefinitely due to not knowing the policies of Wikipedia. It will hurt your claim rather than help it if you continue to revert. I've already created a relevant discussion page on the matter. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Stopps_v._Just_Ladies_Fitness Ging287 (talk) 02:23, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Block edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.  GorillaWarfare (talk) 02:46, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Quite frankly I should be unblocked because I made ONE COMMENT!!!!!! and was warned by someone. Another helpful person made a note on the article in question. I agreed that this was the correct manner to proceed. As did one of the users who posted above. Then out of nowhere comes Gorilla somthing, with an un-called for block. Mr.killme (talk) 02:58, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Accept reason:

The block is for the legal threat at Eyesnore's talk page. Our WP:No legal threats policy states, "Users who make legal threats will typically be blocked from editing while legal threats are outstanding." You may pursue legal action if you feel it is necessary, but you may not edit Wikipedia until that matter is resolved. GorillaWarfare (talk) 03:02, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

{{unblock|reason=Gorilla, there is no dispute. After the "threat" was made someone warned me. I took note. Now you come in and block me even though there is no dispute. Since this seems to be about what you want, why don't you tell me? Or let me know how I can dispute your authority to a higher authority. That is, if you are interested in what is fair. Please go to the article in question and make note of what myself and two of the above commenters have noted.Mr.killme (talk) 03:06, 18 March 2014 (UTC)}} Mr.killme (talk) 03:06, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

I'm willing to unblock you if you retract the legal threat (though I'd encourage you to also read the no personal attacks policy before continuing to edit). GorillaWarfare (talk) 03:09, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

{{unblock|reason=Wow, thanks. So how do you suggest I remove said "threats" while you are blocking me. I must note that "personal attacks" is vague. I must note I feel like this whole series of commments are a personla attack on me. Especially since the commentators are changing their minds and agreeing that my edits were acceptable.Mr.killme (talk) 03:15, 18 March 2014 (UTC)}} Mr.killme (talk) 03:15, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

A simple statement here that you do not intend to pursue legal action would be fine. I apologize if you feel like the phrasing of "no personal attacks" is vague, but I think you'll find that if you read the policy it's relatively clear on what qualifies. As a matter of housekeeping, you don't need to continue to use the {{unblock}} template every time you respond. The purpose of the template is to add you to a list of users looking to be unblocked, so the first use of it is sufficient. GorillaWarfare (talk) 03:21, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

I have stated that several times. Over and over again. I still maintain that your open ended use of the "block" was inappropriate and un-proffesional. But then, that's my problem with the article. I as was the complainant. I was assaulted because of the BCHRT case. I had a full psychotic break, during the hearing. Since the hearing I have experience "suicidal idealization". Now, with all that crap, I can't even remove private info without being harrased by a bunch of self-stilled freedom fighters. No thanks. You people are not good people. Mr.killme (talk) 03:27, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Do you understand now why I don't want my location, and birthdate, and proffesion posted? I have no idea where the original poster got the info, as half of it was false. Mr.killme (talk) 03:29, 18 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Alright, I've unblocked accordingly. I apologize if you feel I made you repeat yourself—I did not interpret your earlier comments to mean you weren't going to pursue legal action.
Regarding the article, I completely understand why you would not want your personal information posted on Wikipedia. I've suppressed the revision history so that the personal information about you that was not part of the public record of the case is no longer visible. As you can see, the article itself has been nominated for deletion. I'd suggest that, if you do decide you wish to continue editing, you discuss the article on the article's talk page and at the deletion discussion.
